RATES & PAY STRUCTURE
  • Retainer packages are available for as few as 10 hours a month and include a discounted rate for clients that retain our services for a contracted number of hours every month.

 

  • A basic hourly fee structure, with hourly rates billed in 15 minute increments.

 

  • Project by project basis- this works for clients that may only need services from time to time. 

 

Retainer services are billed at the end of the month, and are due by the 5th of the next month. Unused retainer hours cannot be carried over from one month to the next.
Hourly services are billed in quarter-hour increments, with a one hour minimum. A 30% deposit is due at contract signing. For special projects, a 50% deposit is due in advance, with final payment expected at completion of project.  We accept checks ( $35.00 returned check fee), cashier's checks, and money orders. Credit cards accepted through PayPal. A signed contract outlining the details of services to be provided will be required prior to work commencing.

Most of our services are provided virtually, meaning that we work from our own office, using our own equipment, at no cost to you, but any additional databases or special software programs that a client uses must be provided by the client, allowing access to that software, and/or passwords, etc.  Incidental costs, such as travel, postage, envelopes, stationary, photocopies, unique supply requests, and similar expenses are invoiced in addition to hourly rates.

Every client has different wants and needs. No two projects are the same. We tailor our services to meet your specific needs, and work with you to create the best pricing plan for you - by the project, by the hour or on retainer.
